Our apartment

“Lady Camollia Apartment” is located on the second floor of 22 Via Malta, within the ancient medieval walls. Access is facilitated by a convenient flight of stairs of only 12 steps.
The apartment (90 square meters) consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is inside a bedroom, kitchen , living room and a small laundry room with washer and dryer . The three bedrooms have an original touch rendered by the particular color of the walls (red, blue and pearl gray) that matches well with the fabrics of the furnishings and the warm tone of the floor. The kitchen is adjacent to the living area and is equipped with a large 6-seater table with comfortable chairs, induction cooktop, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher.
The living room area has a large and comfortable 4-seater sofa, positioned in front of a 48-inch SMART TV.

The Red Room

Red, is one of the colors in the spectrum perceivable by the human eye, classified as a “warm color. Furnished in an elegant and refined modern style, “The Red Room” , will welcome you with the vitality and energy of the color red that will envelop you and allow you to rest peacefully giving you the right positive charge to face your vacation days. “La Stanza Rossa” is equipped with every comfort to make our guests’ stay pleasant and special attention has been paid to the bed and the Dorelan brand mattress.

The Blue Room

Blue, as a decor color for walls and accessories, is increasingly the “character” answer to those who want an alternative to the tranquility of neutral shades. Beloved for all rooms in the home, it finds a place of choice in the bedroom as it is a calming and reassuring color. A recent study revealed that creativity and attention to detail increase in a blue room. Study participants also linked the color to adventure and positive experiences.

The White Room

The light colors , which infuse light and clarity, convey serenity and tranquility to this environment, whose joyful notes of red add warmth and vitality; thus creating the ideal atmosphere to keep spirits high, relieve stress and fully enjoy the pleasantness of staying in this enchanting city.

The kitchen

Lady Camollia Apartment’s kitchen offers guests all the useful conveniences to be able to make the best arrangements whether you decide on a quick snack or a more challenging meal. With a table and 6 comfortable chairs, it is complete with all appliances and offers the ability to prepare meals with comfort and ease.

The Living Room

The living room is a pleasant environment that offers the possibility of being able to quietly relax in company on a comfortable 4-seater sofa in front of which is placed a 48-inch SMART TV.

The bathrooms in the apartment

We thought of giving our guests something special that could make a common everyday experience special. So we created this double shower which, together with the light effects of color therapy , gives the intimacy of a pleasant experience and generates an intense relaxing effect.
